Shinzo and his goofy flag spend a great deal of time helping out the
members of our allegiance. He is a master chef with several years of experience under his belt. His lock picking, alchemy and general tinkering skills are his claim to fame. You can find him and his flag in the Khayyaban allegiance hall. You can't miss him since he is carrying about a hundred bags of salvage and various other items.
